Yes, guests are asked to avoid loud noises, such as loud music or TV, especially during quiet hours: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM. In case of serious or repeated violations, measures may be taken up to and including removal from the property
🚗 How does parking work?
Each guest is entitled to one free parking spot. Upon check-in, you will receive a chip for 24/7 access. A second parking spot can be requested for an additional fee.
🔑 Lost Keys
In case of lost keys, a €50.00 penalty will be charged.
🗑️ Trash Collection
Recycling is mandatory. The bins are located just a few meters outside the main entrance, on Via delle Collacchie. To open them, you’ll need to request a green card at the reception.
🧹 Is cleaning included?
Final cleaning is included in the rental fee. However, if the bungalow is left in poor condition (e.g., dirty stove, food leftovers), an additional cleaning charge may apply.
❄️ How do you use the air conditioning?
Upon arrival, you will be given a small key to activate the air conditioner. A remote control will also be provided so you can adjust the temperature as you wish.
📶 Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, the campsite offers free Wi-Fi. To connect:

Once connected, a web page will open where you can log in using Facebook, LinkedIn, VKontakte, Foursquare, or by entering your email and phone number.
After clicking “Browse,” your device will be connected.
👥 Unregistered Guests
All guests must be registered at the reception. Hosting undeclared individuals is a criminal offense. In case of violation, a €50 penalty will be applied for each unregistered guest, in addition to an adjustment of the accommodation rate.
