These regulations form an integral part of the contract signed by the parties for the stays and are brought to the knowledge of the Clients upon arrival and are posted both at the entrance and inside the campsite. The act of entering the campsite constitutes unreserved acceptance by the Client.

Art. 1 – Access to the campsite
– Authorisation from the Management is compulsory for entry to the campsite;
– On arrival, each person must hand in a valid identity document to the reception office
for the records required by law (non-compliance constitutes a breach of the penal code);
– Minors not accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them are not allowed to enter the campsite;
– Access to and presence on the campsite of unauthorised persons is a violation of the Public Safety Regulations, Article 614 of the Criminal Code (trespassing), Article 633 of the Criminal Code (invasion of land and buildings), Article 624 of the Criminal Code (theft of services) and the offence of contract fraud.
– Access to and exit from the campsite is only permitted through the appropriate entrances, it is strictly forbidden to climb over the perimeter fences of the campsite.

Art. 2 – Minimum stay
– The minimum stay at the campsite is set out in the price list.

Art. 3 – Registration
– The customer is obliged to check the accuracy of the registrations, notify the management of any discrepancies and give prior notice of variations, such as pitch changes, arrivals and departures of people.

Art. 4 – Crew limits per pitch
– It is strictly forbidden to have more than one crew per pitch.

Art. 5 – Choice and use of pitches
– Pitches are assigned by the management and are peremptory, unauthorised movements are forbidden; in the event of justified business needs, it may be necessary to move vehicles to another pitch.
– All equipment must be neatly arranged within the confines of the pitch; vehicles must be parked within the confines of the pitch or where indicated by the management;
– The installation of accessory structures to the main one is forbidden unless authorised by the management.

Art. 6 – Electrical connection
– The electrical connection to the sockets must be authorised by the management, and must have the safety characteristics defined by law, such as connection cable N1VVK (flame-proof blue) with a minimum section of 3×1.5 mm. without junctions, external lamps may not be installed unless they have IP65 protection, and all uses must have an earth connection. The Management declines all responsibility for connections with defective cables or equipment.
– Electricity is distributed with a maximum intensity of 3 Amps.
– It is forbidden to tamper with electrical installations in any way.
– At the end of each period of stay, the user must close the electrical contact through the switch in the column.

Art. 9 – Sanitary facilities
The utmost civility and politeness are recommended when using the toilets. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the toilets without an adult present. Special self-cleaning kits have been installed in the toilets and by accepting these regulations, Camping Piper and Pecchia s.r.l. are exonerated from any responsibility for inappropriate use.

Art.10- Waste
– Waste must be deposited in the appropriate bins located outside the gate. Bulky waste, metal, cardboard and foliage must be taken to the municipal collection centre as per the regulations of the Mayor of Scarlino for separate waste collection.

Art. 10 – Departures
– It is forbidden, after one’s departure, even temporarily, to leave objects of any kind (gazebos, tables, chairs, etc.) outside, on or under the vehicle;
– The departure of travelling Customers must take place by 1 p.m. Once this deadline has passed, the Client will be required to pay for the stay even on the day of departure.

Art. 11 – Visitors
– The management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and day guests with a short stay free of charge and compatibly with the organisational requirements of the accommodation complex;
– A subsequent extension of the stay must be authorised by the management and entails payment of the stay according to the price list;
– Visitors may only enter the campsite on foot and during the scheduled daytime hours;
– Campsite guests are obliged to ensure that their guests have the management’s authorisation and are responsible for their behaviour inside the campsite.

Art. 12 – Animals
– Dogs and other animals will only be accepted if specifically authorised by the management.
– Owners must keep dogs on a leash, take care of their hygiene, have their health booklet showing their latest vaccinations, accompany them outside the campsite for their physiological needs and in any case use the appropriate tools (brush and bag);
– Animals may not, under any circumstances, have access to the common services of the campsite and may not be left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests;
– Any damage caused to third parties is the full responsibility of the animal’s owner.

Art. 13 – Silence and order
– Behaviour, activities, games and the use of equipment that cause disturbance to other campsite guests must be avoided at all times;
– In particular, silence must be respected from 13.30 to 15.30 and from 23.30 to 08.00.

Art. 14 – Vehicle circulation
– All vehicles may only be used to enter and leave the campsite during permitted hours, at a walking pace and in compliance with the signs provided.

Art. 15 – Children
– Adults are responsible for the behaviour of their children, whose vivacity, education and needs must not be at the expense of the peace, safety and hygiene of other guests;
– In the toilets, children must be accompanied by their parents;

Art. 16 – Various prohibitions It is forbidden to
– Throwing rubbish outside the designated containers
– digging holes or gutters in the ground; making changes to the ground, paving the area, creating boundaries with fences, hedges or anything else;
– Lighting open fires;
– Damaging vegetation;
– Spilling oils, fuels, boiling, salty or waste liquids on the ground;
– Emptying wastewater and chemical toilets except in the places expressly indicated;
– Washing cars or other vehicles in the field;
– Washing dishes and laundry outside the sinks provided;
– Washing or washing up at drinking fountains on the field;
– Wasting or misusing water;
– putting up fences, shading tarpaulins, tying or anchoring anything to plants, pulling ropes at eye level and installing anything else that could constitute a potential danger or be an obstacle to free passage;

Art. 19 – Lost property
– Objects found within the campsite must be handed into the management for the fulfilment of the obligations prescribed by law.

Art. 20 – Liability
– Use of the sports and leisure facilities takes place at the user’s own risk;
– The management is not liable: the use of sports and leisure facilities takes place at the user’s own risk;
– The management shall not be liable for: any theft of objects and valuables not entrusted and accepted for safekeeping;
– The management shall not be liable for: damage caused by other guests, force majeure,
natural disasters, insects, diseases and epidemics, including of plants, or other causes not due to the negligence of the campsite staff;
– The possible interruption of electricity, water supply, or any other service of the campsite due to breakdowns or force majeure, does not commit the Management to compensation for damages or reimbursement of any kind.

Art. 21 – Characteristics of vehicles
– Only autonomous means of accommodation suitable for circulation, by the regulations in force on the subject, may park inside the campsite. Vehicles that do not comply with the prescribed characteristics must be removed within fifteen days of the ascertainment of the violation, at the care and expense of the vehicle owner.
– Connections and anchorages to the ground that result in de facto modifications that are not readily reversible to the inescapable character of the mobility of the vehicles inside the open-air accommodation complex are prohibited.

Art. 22 – Closure periods
– The management will give at least 15 days’ notice, with posting on site.

Art. 23 – Expulsion, Removal, Interruption
– The management reserves the right to expel those who, in its judgement, contravene the regulations or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the accommodation establishment, damaging the smooth running of community life and the interests of the accommodation complex;
– Customers who have already been expelled may not re-enter the campsite without a new specific authorisation from the management.
– The management, if the customer does not remove their vehicle that does not comply with the characteristics prescribed by the regulations in force, will proceed with its own care to have the unsuitable vehicle and its accessories forcibly removed, charging the costs to the owner.
– If the owner of the caravan or motor caravan does not immediately remove the vehicle from the campsite at the end of the agreed parking period, the owner of the accommodation facility shall be released from all responsibility for the safekeeping of the vehicle and may have it forcibly removed, charging the costs to the owner.
– The stay shall be deemed to be interrupted by right due to events of force majeure or by order of the authorities or due to any need for structural modifications. In such cases, the camper will only be entitled to reimbursement of the fees already paid relating to the unused period of camping, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

Art. 24 – Variations
– Any changes to the regulations will be communicated by notice on the notice board and will be valid immediately.
